The ripeness of the olives at the time of harvest ultimately determines how the olive oil will taste. Greener olives generally have an intense grassy flavor and less oil. More mature, purple olives will have a milder buttery flavor and produce more oil that tends to be golden in color. Once the olives are at the desired ripeness, it’s crucial to harvest as quickly as possible to ensure the quality of the olive oil is as consistent as possible.

Our olive oils are among the most suitable oils for human health in terms of acidic value. Our products come to your table after being checked by our gastronomy and tasting experts.
We work with 2 universities in the quality control phase. We work in coordination with Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture to control the production stage and with Hacı Bayram University Gastronomy Department for taste control. Our olive oils are controlled by Professors at these universities. During the analysis phase, we are working with ATurkish Republic Ministry Of Food Agriculture And Forestry Aydın Commodity Exchange Private Food Control Laboratory
